After some preliminary back-patting, a round of duck duck goose ensued.

The biggest thing was that the by-laws were voted on, and passed with a 100% approval. I believe there were 14 members present, I'll have to check my notes when I get home.
On the treasury side, we do have some new money in our account at SORBA from new memberships, but we pretty much broke even with the race. Mainly because we had to pay for the officer to be on site. Next time we are hoping to find someone to volunteer.
We also talked about the Pedal for Peanuts race. We narrowed it down to a one day event, currently scheduled for Saturday, September 18th. Austin will be sending out info as it gets closer. We do need volunteers for this event. Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering.
